I encountered severe performance issue when my JS code runs under IE (10, 11). It is 10 times slower when compared to another browsers. I did some profiling and it seems that innerHTML and createElement is super slow.. I tried to optimize using createDocumentFragment, which even speed up my code in other browsers, but performance under IE remains intact. The while loop is a constant presence in C-based languages and once you get the basics of programming down, you'll quickly see a pattern of systems emerge. This basic pattern can be applied when creating other types of loops in JavaScript. In this video, Simon goes into how to format a for loop and the do or do/while statement, each of which has its own unique set of parameters. I'm trying to loop over ALL elements on a page, so I want to check every element that exists on this page for a special class. So, how do I say that I want to check EVERY element?
